Meet Natasha
Natasha, founder of Inner-Peace Yoga, has been teaching yoga since 2019. She is a certified yoga (CYT200) and reiki teacher, who has received training in sound therapy meditation, Pilates and many other disciplines. Natasha is also a certified SUP Instructor, through Paddle Canada.
Natasha believes that safety is always the most important aspect of taking a class on the water and she will teach you SUP skills required to give you confidence. Whether you are new to SUP or a seasoned pro she will work with you to improve balance and stability.
Natasha is happy to teach all levels and will help guide what location may be best suited for your personal needs and interests.
Her yoga journey as a way to manage her chronic illness but quickly discovered the mind, body, and soul connection that yoga fosters.
After feeling the positive benefits of yoga, Natasha became passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others manage their pain. She has enjoyed working with seniors and individuals overcoming addiction. Natasha always leads with an open heart and the goal of making her students feel relaxed so that their wellness journey can improve their mind/body connection.
