At Inner-Peace, I am committed to bringing balance and joy to your life. I offer a broad range of classes for every level. It's time to invite more meaning and calm to your daily routine.

Meet Natasha

Natasha, founder of Inner-Peace Yoga, has been teaching yoga since 2019. She is a certified yoga (CYT200) and reiki teacher, who has received training in sound therapy meditation, Pilates and many other disciplines. Natasha is also a certified SUP Instructor, through Paddle Canada. 

 

Natasha believes that safety is always the most important aspect of taking a class on the water and she will teach you SUP skills required to give you confidence. Whether you are new to SUP or a seasoned pro she will work with you to improve balance and stability. 

 

Natasha is happy to teach all levels and will help guide what location may be best suited for your personal needs and interests.

Her yoga journey as a way to manage her chronic illness but quickly discovered the mind, body, and soul connection that yoga fosters.

After feeling the positive benefits of yoga, Natasha became passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others manage their pain. She has enjoyed working with seniors and individuals overcoming addiction. Natasha always leads with an open heart and the goal of making her students feel relaxed so that their wellness journey can improve their mind/body connection.

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)

What is IET?

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a new form of energy therapy developed by Stevan J. Thayer. It uses violet angelic energy from the nine Healing Angels to work with your 12 Strand Spiritual DNA. IET helps release limiting energy patterns, balance your present, and guide you toward your future.

I always thought Pilates was an out of reach kind of exercise, for those fit and strong. Natasha meets her students where they are at and allows them to build strength and confidence over time. Natasha creates a very calm and relaxing environment for yoga even over zoom. She is very attentive to each participant, always ensuring that we receive the full benefit of the various poses and stretches. Natasha checks in at the beginning of the class to inquire how each person is doing and if there are any parts of the body that we wish to focus on during the class. She is very encouraging and supportive and is mindful that we are all at different levels with unique needs. Never in a million years did I think I would own a SUP board and do yoga on it. I had never even heard of SUP and was introduced at the Lyn Pit by Natasha, who gives you the knowledge, confidence and skills to get on, and be steady on a board. The goal ist to have fun and find balance on the water, standing is only an option. If you ever wanted to try SUP, or Yoga, Natasha gives you an excellent way to try both. Having the option of renting a board/gear gives you a chance to try before you buy... and fall in love.
